摘要
以Ti-43Al-9V-Y合金为对象,分析不同热处理温度对其组织及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,锻态下的合金组织为均匀分布的DP双态组织,经一定热处理后,合金组织为FL全片层组织。随着热处理温度的增高,两种组织的屈服和抗拉强度均降低,当处理温度低于700℃时,合金的拉伸性能较好。
Taking Ti-43Al-9V-Y alloy as object, a research was carried out to analyze the influence of heat treatment temperatures on microstructures and tensile properties of the alloy. The results show that the forged alloy has a uniform dual phase microstructures. After heat treatment, the microstructures of the alloy change to a fully lamellar microstructures.By increasing the heat treatment temperatures, the yield and tensile strength of the alloys with both fully lamellar and dual phase microstructures decrease. The alloy has good tensile properties when heat treatment above 700 ℃.
