摘要
采用胶粘剂把不同表面粗糙度的Q235钢粘合到一起,对粘合镀层的拉伸强度和剪切强度进行研究。结果表明,拉剪强度随Q235钢表面粗糙度的变化不断地发生变化,出现了波谷和波峰。
The Q235 steel with different surface roughness was bonded bycementing compound, and the effect of surface roughness on mechanical properties of Q235 steel bonding cladding layer was studied. The results show that the tensile-shear strength of bonding cladding layer are changed by surface roughness increasing.
