摘要
基于数学分析及计算辅助方法对服役过程中6061-T6铝合金的开裂进行了预测。结果表明,有限元模拟的试样开裂位置与实验测量结果非常接近。因此,在服役过程中利用6061-T6铝合金滚压包边的弯曲成形极限图,可以有效地预测材料的开裂过程。
The cracking of the aluminum alloy 6061-T6 during service process was predicted based on mathematical and computer-aided analysis. The results show that the cracking positions based on finite-element simulation are very near to the experimental ones. Therefore, the cracking process of the materials can be predicted effectively using the bending forming limit diagram of alloy roll package edge during service process.
