摘要 铸造企业应对需求量、供货状况、前期开发费用、质量标准和图纸尺寸要求等进行充分研究,结合本企业的实际生产条件和检测能力,进行可行性论证,成本分析及准确报价,经供需双方确认后,签订铸件新产品开发协议。成本控制应贯穿于铸造新产品开发的整个过程,需全员参与,实时监控。CAD/CAE/CAM技术已广泛应用于铸造工艺设计、模具及工装设计制造中,可提高铸造工艺设计、模具及工装设计制造的准确性和效率,缩短新产品的制作周期,降低制造成本,保证新产品质量。 For a foundry enterprise,first of all sufficient research should be carried out e.g. demand and supply situation,the development costs in the early stage, the quality standards and drawing requirements of new products, and then feasibility analysis is done based on the actual production conditions and test ability of the enterprise, cost analysis and accurate quotation. Finally,after it is confirmed by the both sides of supply and demand, the development agreement of new casting could be signed. Cost control should be run through the whole process of new product development, it require full participation and real-time monitoring. CAD/CAE/CAM technology has been widely applied to the casting process design, mould design and manufacture. The result show that it can improve accuracy and efficiency of the casting process design, mould design and manufacture, shorten the production cycle of new products, reduce the manufacturing cost, ensure the quality of new products.
