基于B/S框架的铸造工艺共享平台构建

摘要 通过B/S构架可实现铸造企业资源管理。针对中小企业资源分布不均,产能利用率低等不足,提出了利用B/S框架构建多企业铸造工艺共享的思路:一是组建共享平台,以SQL存储的过程数据反馈调控企业产能;二是面向铸造开发与创新建立资源共享机制,合理调配工具,优化CAD/CAE/CAM资源配置,提高多企业的协同竞争力。 The B/ S architecture suits for the management of foundry resource. Considering the uneven distribution of resources, and low capacity utilization in SMEs, the idear of building multi-enterprise sharing system based on B/ S framework was proposed. Firstly, a sharing platform was constructed, the manufacturability was regulated with the stored procedure data feedback stored in SQL. Secondly, the sharing mechanism was built for casting development and innovation. it allocates the tools, optimizes CAD/ CAE/ CAM resources and improve the competitiveness of multi-enterprise collaboration.
