摘要
以Ti-Nb高强度钢为对象,研究微合金化过程中其焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,由于晶粒粗化、位错密度降低和变形强化作用减小,焊接后Ti-Nb高强度钢出现了软化现象。热影响区中,粗晶区和细晶区是焊接接头的软化区。随着焊接热输入的增加,焊接接头的软化程度增强。对其进行回火处理后,硬度和抗拉强度均逐渐提高。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-Nb high strength steel were studied. The results show that the Ti-Nb high strength steel soften due to grain coarsening, dislocation density decrease and deformation strengthening reduced, and the soften region are coarse grain and fine grained region. The degree of softening enhanced with the increase of the welding heat input. The hardness and tensile strength are improved after tempering.
