汽车用不同镀锌钢板的电阻点焊可焊性工艺窗口和电极磨损性能研究 被引量:4

Study on Weldability Window of Resistance Spot Welding and Electrode Wear Properties of Different Galvanized Steel Sheet

摘要 采用熔核剥离实验研究汽车用纯锌镀层(GI)钢板和锌铁合金镀层(GA)钢板的电焊可焊性工艺,选取适当参数研究两种镀层对电极磨损的影响规律,并观察磨损后电极帽断面的微观组织。结果表明,同一焊接条件下,GA钢板电焊工艺窗口比GI宽约33%。两钢板混搭,其点焊工艺窗口介于两钢板左右边界之间,且更接近于GI钢板边界。相同磨损条件下,GI钢板要比GA钢板磨损程度快约40%。 The weldability window of resistance spot welding and electrode wear properties of different galvanized steel sheet, pure zinc plating(GI) steel and zinc alloy plating(GA) steel, were studied. The results show that the width of GA steel plate welding process window is more wide than that of GI steel plate at the same welding conditions, and the welding process window locate between the boundary, which are more close to the GI steel plate. The wear resistance of GA steel plate is better than that of GI steel plate.
