Development and Design of Intelligent Burden Ratio System

为实现炉料成分的精确配比,设计一种通过模糊PID算法调节炉料成分的技术方案。利用PC与下位机通信,设计供料器控制原理的主电路和控制电路,并根据炉料要求,运用PID算法控制供料开度,实现炉料的精确配比。

In order to ensure the exact ratio in burden components, an intelligent burden ratio scheme by fuzzy PID was proposed. With the communication between PC and PLC, the main circuit and control circuit of burden components were designed, and the exact ratio in burden components can be ensured by the use of fuzzy PID controller.
