摘要
提出了致密性要求高的铸铝件的铸造工艺方案,并进行了基于ANSYS瞬态热分析技术的铸造工艺优化。采用优化的工艺方案,成功生产了铸件。
Putting forward several casting process schemes of the high compact aluminum casting,these casting process were simulated based on ANSYS transient thermal analysis technology. Adopting the optimized process scheme,the castings were successfully produced.
