丁香油口腔膜剂的制备与质量评价

Preparation and Quality Evaluation of Clove Oil Oral Ulcer Film

制备丁香油口腔膜剂并对其进行初步的质量评价。以丁香油为主药,聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素纳、甘油为成膜材料制备丁香油口腔溃疡膜;以成膜性等性能作为考察指标筛选出最佳处方,并进行质量评价。丁香油口腔溃疡膜的最佳处方为聚乙烯醇2.7g,羧甲基纤维素钠0.3g,甘油0.5g,丁香油0.5g。由最佳处方制备出来的丁香油口腔溃疡膜成膜性好,表面光滑,厚度均匀一致,颜色均匀,质地柔软,韧性好。制备丁香油口腔膜剂在外观、重量差异度、溶解时间等方面均较佳,为下一步开展药效实验奠定较好的研究基础。
