摘要
橡胶材料的加工特性是橡胶配合的重要方面,本文研究使用RPA橡胶加工分析仪对混炼胶进行频率、温度、应变扫描分析混炼胶的加工性能。结果表明,Zetpol 2010门尼黏度高于3310和4310;2010在低频周期应力下刚性更大,更适合频率较高的加工工艺,3310和4310则更适合频率较低的加工过程;随温度升高,2010在周期应力下的tanδ相对更大,周期应力下产生的能量损耗更大;混炼胶中炭黑网络结构的数量:2010>3310>4310;高应变扫描后,三种混炼胶在相同低应变下的弹性模量不降反升,具体原因有待探讨。
The processing property of rubber materials is an important aspect of rubber to cooperate. In this article, we use RPA rubber processing analyzer to conduct frequency scanning, temperature and strain analysis of mixing rubber to research its processing performance. The results show that the Mooney viscosity of Zetpol 2010 is higher than that of 3310 and 4310. Under low frequency cyclic stress 2010 has greater rigidity, and it is more suitable for high frequency processing technology. 3310 and 4310 is more suitable for low frequency processing process. With the temperature rising, tan delta of 2010 under cyclic stress is relatively large. It has larger energy loss under cyclic stress and the number of carbon black network structure in mixing rubber: 2010 〉 3310 〉 4310. After high strain scanning, three kinds of mixing rubber elastic modulus under the same low strain do not decline but rise and the specific reason remains to be discussed.
