摘要
介绍顺丁橡胶装置溶剂油回收系统腐蚀状况,分析该系统的腐蚀原因,通过优化工艺操作和采用纤维液膜溶剂油碱洗脱酸技术可以有效地减少腐蚀,保证装置长周期安全运行。
The current corrosion status of solvent oil system of polybutadiene rubber plant is described. Analyzes the reason of t corrosion, The corrosion can be effectively reduced by the optimization of process operation and the solvent oil fiber - liquid -film acid removal technology, to ensure the plant can be run safely for a long period.
