兖矿国泰化工有限公司50MW汽轮发电机组,自安装运行以来截至本年度7月之前,一直存在着2#轴承和5#轴承振动超标现象,影响机组提升负荷且严重威胁机组的安全运行。为此,现将我公司机组在振动方面存在的问题及解决方法总结如下,为其它类似机组的调试、运行提供借鉴。

Since the 50MW steam turboset of Yankuang Cathay Coal Chemicals Co. , Ltd. is installed and run, there has been the phenomenon of excessive vibration of 2# bearing and 5# bearing until July of this year, which impacts the lifting load of the unit and seriously threats the safe operation of the unit. For this purpose, I summarize the problems and solution of the vibration of our company, which can provide reference for other similar units to debugging and running.
