摘要
顶岗实习是实践教学环节的重要组成部分,如何对顶岗实习进行规范管理是提高高职顶岗实习教学效果的关键。针对化工类学生顶岗实习管理中存在的问题,提出了"533"顶岗实习管理模式并应用于实践,在一定程度上实现了学校、学生和企业的多方共赢。
The intership in higher vocational college is an important component of practice teaching. How to manage post practice specifically is the key point to improve the post practice teaching effect of higher vocational and technical education. Aiming at the problems existing in the management practice of chemical engineering students in practice, put forward ＂533＂ post practice management mode, to achieve a win-win situation of schools, students and enterprises.
