摘要
复合材料已经成为海洋船舶应用中的重要组成部分,海洋环境的复杂性决定复合材料的耐候性研究是必不可少的。本文列举了环氧、聚酯体系在哈尔滨、秦皇岛、上海和广州自然暴晒下弯曲强度保持率,以及复合材料有无涂层、海水浸泡10年的力学行能变化,得知预测老化时间和改善老化的方法。通过人工加速老化和精确的数学计算与自然老化建立关联,进行有效预测,从而更加有效的利用复合材料。
The composite materials have become an important part of Marine applications, decided by its wide variety of applications. The complexity of the Marine environment decision weatherability of composites research is indispensable. The paper lists the changes of epoxy and polyester on the mechanical properties of bending strength retention under the nat- ural exposure in Harbin, Qinhuangdao, Shanghai and Guangzhou, As well as the change of mechanical of composites with and without coating, soaked 10 years in the seawater. We can predict aging time and the method to improve aging. By artifi- cial accelerated ageing to precise mathematical calculations associated with natural aging, we can predict the ageing age more effectively, thus more effective use of composite materials.
