摘要
目的:研究西南远志的化学成分。方法:采用HPD100大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析、Rp-18反相柱层析方法分离纯化。结果:从西南远志(Polygala crotalarioides Buch.Ham.)乙醇提取液中分离得到5个糖脂类化合物,通过光谱学方法鉴定,确定为:Fallaxose C(1)、Fallaxose D(2)、Senegose H(3)、β-D-(3-O-sinapoyl)-fructofuranosyl-α-D-(6-O-sinapoyl)-glucopyranoside(4)、Tenuifoliside C(5)。结论:这五个化合物均为在西南远志中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents. Methods Five oligosaccharide polyesters compounds were isolated by HPD100 macroporous resin, silica gel and Rp - 18 from the EtOH extraction of Polygala crotalarioides. Results According to the spectral parameters, five oligosaccharide polyesters compounds were identified as Fallaxose C ( 1 ), Fallaxose D (2), Senegose H (3), β - D - ( 3 - O - sinapoyl) - fructofuranosyl - α - D - (6 - O - sinapoyl) - glucopyranoside (4), Tenuifoliside C (5). Conclusion It were isolated from the plant for the first time.
