摘要
根据转炉冶炼状态下冶金尘泥球中锌的热力学分析,结合工业生产试验结果,探讨了转炉使用富锌冶金尘泥球的可行性。得出结论,富锌冶金尘泥球加入转炉后,金属锌无法在熔融钢液及熔渣中存在,转炉烟道内壁垢泥中锌以Zn O形式存在;随着富锌冶金尘泥球用量的增加,烟道内壁垢泥全锌含量也增加,但未对烟道内壁垢泥厚度及清理难度有明显影响。
Based on the thermodynamic analysis on the influence mechanics of zinc in metal-lurgical sludge pellets for steelmaking in converter together with the testing results by industrial production test, the feasibility of steelmaking by using sludge pellets with rich content of zinc in converter is discussed. It is concluded that after the metallurgical sludge pellets with rich zinc are added into the converter, metal zinc can not exist in molten steel and slag while zinc in dirty mud on the inwall of the converter flue can exist in the form of ZnO, but the content of total zinc in dirty mud will increase with increasing the amount of metallurgical sludge pellets with rich zinc added into the converter increases, which has little effect on the thickness of dirty mud on the in-wall of the converter flue and the difficulty in removal of the mud.
