摘要 本钢集团北营炼钢厂采用铁水脱硫、转炉终点及电炉成分精确控制、冶炼过程气体含量及非金属夹杂物控制技术,通过精确控制控轧控冷工艺,开发出了石油管线用埋弧焊丝钢H08Mn Mo Ti B,试制结果表明,钢坯低倍组织及表面质量良好,盘条组织均匀,产品质量稳定。 The H08MnMoTiB submerged arc welding wire steel for oil pipeline in Beiying Steelmaking Plant of Benxi Iron & Steel Group Company was developed by taking such measures as hot metal desulphurization, accurately controlling the end point of steelmaking by convertor and chemical compositions in electric furnace as well as using the technology for controlling the content of gas and non-metallic inclusions during the smelting. The testing results show that the macrostructure in a steel billet and the surface quality of the billet are good. The microstructures of the steel wire rods produced by using such a steel billet are homogeneous and the quality of these rods is stable.
