摘要
对鞍钢股份无缝钢管厂连轧机前毛管坯横移装置存在的设计缺陷进行了分析,并提出改进方案,将原横移装置由高架轨道横移机构及上下升降链传动装置,改进为地面轨道横移系统及同步旋转臂实现取管、放管过程。实施后消除了生产故障,缩短了轧制周期,降低生产成本。
The design defects occurred in head-end cross sliding system for a pierced billet equipped in 177 mm PQF Seamless Steel Tube Tandem Mill of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. are ana-lyzed and then the improvement program is proposed. According to the program, the original cross sliding system composed of the overhead railway cross sliding mechanism and the lifting chain transmission gear is upgrade to be the ground track cross sliding system with the synchronous ro-tating arm for charging and discharging pipes. After the program is carried out, the failure during pro-duction is eliminated and the rolling cycle is shorted while the production cost is also cut down.
