民机复合材料维修试验方案设计及实施

摘要 维修效果的好坏直接影响到航空器的固有可靠性与安全性,制定科学合理的试验方案是探究民机复合材料维修参数和维修效果内在联系的前提。以复合材料层压板作为模拟实际维修对象,对维修试验方案的设计及实施进行了实践探索,首先从效果评定、方法确定、模型建立、母板数量确定四个方面对维修试验方案的设计进行了说明;然后介绍了维修固化参数的确定;最后从打磨、清洁、铺层、封装、固化步骤阐述了维修过程的实施。实践证明,经过不断优化的试验方案及维修实施过程可以很好地建立实际复合材料维修中维修参数和维修效果的内在关联。 The quality of repair has a direct effect to aircrafts' inherent reliability and safety,and making up a scientific and reasonable test program is the precondition for the research of the internal correlation between repair parameters and the relatively repair effects of civil aircraft composites. By using composite laminates as the research object to simulate actual repairs,the designs and implementation of the repair test program were explored in practical. The study first explained the design of repair models,based on four aspects: effect assessment,method determination,model building and the number of parent plates. Then the determining of repair cure parameters was introduced. At last, the implementation of repair process was elaborated in the sequence of polishing,cleaning,laminating,packaging and curing. The results showed that,in the field of composites repair,the optimized repair test program and process implementation promised to establish better the internal correlation between repair parameters and the relatively repair effects.
