摘要
发动机是汽车的心脏,测量汽车发动机运行时的各种参数,可以了解发动机的工作状况,对研究和分析发动机的性能,提高和改进发动机的质量,都有非常重要的意义。针对汽车发动机运行时的功率、扭矩、转速、机油温度、冷却水温度、进排气温度、进排气压力等参数,基于W320水力测功器装置,采用IPC工业控制机、AT89S8252单片机及PID控制技术,设计了汽车发动机智能测试实验室,开发了由VB编程的可视化、虚拟化的图文操作界面,实现了发动机运行过程中动态参数的实时测量和控制。
Engine is the heart of the automobile. It can not only understand the working states of the engine but also analyze the engine performance,enhance and improve the engine quality by measuring various parameters. In the light of power,torque,rotation speed,oil temperature,cooling water temperature,inlet / exhaust temperature,inlet / exhaust pressure and other parameters,the paper has designed an intelligent test system of the engine,developed the visual and virtual graphic interface by VB program and realized the real-time measurement and control of dynamic parameters during the running process based on the W320 hydraulic dynamometer device, using IPC industrial control computer,AT89S8252 single-chip microcomputer and PID control technology.
