摘要
仪器分析实验教学中,库仑滴定法测定微量砷是经典的电化学分析实验项目之一。为了倡导绿色化学实验,论文对库仑滴定法测定维生素C含量的方法进行了改进。通过对酸度、KI用量等实验条件的优化,确立了最佳的实验方案,成功应用于实际样品药片和果蔬中维生素C含量的测定。与传统的碘量法实验结果相比较,该方法精密度和准确度达到了分析化学的要求。将该实验项目应用于本科实践教学中,教学效果令师生满意。
The experiment of testing micro amount of arsenic with coulomb titration is a classical electrochemical analysis experiment in the teaching of instrumental analysis. In order to advocate green chemistry experiment,the method determining Vitamin C by coulometric titration was improved. The best experimental scheme was established by optimizing the condition of acidity and the amount of KI,which was successfully applied to determine Vitamin C in the tablet and fruits and vegetables. Compared with the traditional iodine volume method,the method has good precision and accuracy,and reached the requirement of analytical chemistry. The teaching effect was satisfied when the method was applied in the practical teaching of undergraduate course.
