摘要
"二元液系平衡相图的绘制"实验中存在实验操作复杂、耗费时间长、试剂消耗量大、数据处理繁琐等问题。论文分析了仪器使用、溶液配制、气液相平衡判定及数据处理等方面的主要误差来源,从实验装置的改造、实验方法的改进与实验数据处理手段的改变三方面入手,通过对沸点测定仪、电源、加热与测温等部件的更改或替换,对标准溶液的配制方法和样品溶液的添加方法进行改进,并采用Origin8.0软件对标准曲线和相图对实验数据进行处理与作图分析,提出了对该实验的综合改革方案。改进后实验减少了试剂消耗,缩短了操作时间,提高了实验结果的准确度和数据处理的速度,改善了该实验的可操作性和重复性。
There are some problems such as complex operation,long time consuming,high reagent consumption and the complicated data processing in the experiment of binary gas-liquid equilibrium phase diagram. In this paper,the main error sources such as use of instrument,solution preparation,vapor-liquid equilibrium determination and data processing etc.,are analyzed. The comprehensive reform of the experiment is proposed. The reform includes the changes or replacements of boiling point tester,power supply,heating and temperature measurement components,as well as the improvements of preparation method of standard solution and adding method of sample solution. Origin 8 software is used to data processing and standard curves drawing in phase diagram obtained in the experimental. Comprehensive improvements including the experimental device,experimental methods and data processing methods are presented. It is shown that the reagent consumption is reduced,the experiment time is shortened,the accuracy of experiment results and data processing speed are increased,as well as the operability and repeatability of the experiment are improved after the comprehensive improvement.
