基于工业工程专业的ERP沙盘模拟实验探索

The Exploration and Improvement for ERP Sand Table Simulation Based on Industrial Engineering

ERP沙盘模拟实验是近年来在管理类专业普遍开设的综合性实验课程,近年来被工业工程专业引进实践教学体系中。但是,企业ERP沙盘模拟实验课程在工业工程专业的应用还存在下列问题:原沙盘模拟实验中工业工程专业核心内容的训练较少,流程较为简单,且对学生的财务知识要求较高。针对这些问题,作了下列改进:简化了财务报表,弱化了财务、人事和营销版块的训练内容,加强了工业工程核心内容如采购决策、生产计划和库存管理的训练。使工业工程专业的学生在实训中能够避开繁琐的财务报表的牵绊得到专业核心内容的系统训练,获得专业知识的实践经验和技能。经过实施,提高了学生的积极性,针对性地训练了学生的专业应用能力,极大地提升了实验教学的效果。

ERP Sand Table is a popular comprehensive experiment for the management major. It is also introduced to the practical teaching system of the industrial engineering. But there are some problems in practical applications,which are resulted in by students have less practice to the core knowledge of the industrial engineering and accountancy. Some exploration and improvement are done to solve these problems. We srengthen and prolong the application for the core knowledge of the industrial engineering including purchase decision-making,program of production and inventory management,while the applications for finance,human resource and marketing are weakened. These measures make the students in the department of industrial engineering to gain the practice for their core knowledge and keep away from the influence of the complicated accountancy. After taking these measures to the class,the students enthusiasm is irritated.The ability to applying majors has improved and greatly promote the effect of this experiment.
