“中途宿舍”对精神分裂症患者出院后康复的影响2年随访

Effect of " halfway houses" on rehabilitation in patients with schizophrenia after discharge——2 year follow-up

目的:探讨"中途宿舍"系统康复训练对缓解期精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法:随机将70例刚出院的缓解期精神分裂症患者分为两组,研究组患者入住中途宿舍进行系统的康复训练2年;对照组患者接受社区精神卫生服务;分别于入组时、入组第3、6、12、18、24个月末接受阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评定。结果:研究组PANSS、SDSS评分在第6、12、18个月末明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);第24个月末两组PANSS、SDSS评分差异无统计学意义;研究组复发率(8.57%,3例)与对照组(20%,7例)差异无统计学意义。结论:"中途宿舍"系统康复训练对缓解期精神分裂症患者康复有一定的促进作用。

Objective： To explore the effect of ＂ halfway houses＂ system rehabilitation training on recovery in patients with schizophrenia at remission stage after discharge. Method： Seventy newly-discharged patients with schizophrenia at remission stage were randomly divided into study group and control group,each of 35 cases. The patients of study group received systemic rehabilitation training in halfway houses for 2 years. The patients of control group received community mental health service. All of the patients were assessed by the positive and negative symptoms scale（ PANSS） and social disability defect screening scale（ SDSS） at the baseline,and 3,6,12,18,24 months after training. Results： The scores of PANSS and SDSS in study group at 6,12,18 months after training were significantly decreased than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）; but there was no significant difference at 24 months after training between the two groups. The recurrence rate between the study group（ 8. 57%,3 cases） and the control group（ 20%,7 cases） showed no significant difference. Conclusion： ＂ Halfway houses＂ rehabilitation training system for recovery in patients with schizophrenia at remission stage has obvious role.
