On Interpretation Preparation

从远期和近期两个时期来探讨翻译译前准备的策略,使口译译前准备工作在实践和理论上都能有长足发展。

The development of globalization needs more and more high-quality interpretation, accordingly interpretation teach- ing and interpretation study have been growing rapidly. Yet the interpretation study field has paid less attention to interpretation preparation. This paper takes interpretation preparation into consideration from the perspective of long and short terms to study its strategies so as to provide methods for the interpreting trainees and reference for the interpreters and, hopefully, it may arouse the attention of the relevant scholars and eventually, it may help the great development of interpretation preparation in both practice and theories.
