贵州省义务教育均衡发展现状研究

Study on the Current Situation ofthe Development of Compulsory Education in Guizhou Province

近年来,贵州省在义务教育均衡发展方面做了很多努力,通过充实教师队伍,提高师资水平;均衡配置教师,解决教师数量不足、学科结构不合理等问题;实施中小学教师、校长培训工程,提高教师素质等途径,进行教师队伍建设;通过大量投入资金,对设备、图书、校舍资源进行规模化建设。但整体办学设施仍显不足,一些经济贫困县(区)8项指标仍低于省标或在上下徘徊,处于低水平发展阶段。

In recent years,Guizhou province has made great efforts in the balanced development of compulsory education. Great attention has been paid to enriching teachers team, improving the teaching levels, solving the problems of insufficient number of eachers and unreasonable course constructions. Meanwhile Guizhou province has also taken some other measures to construct the teachers team, such as the implementation of the project of training for primary and secondary school teachers and heads. Great sum of funds has been invested to the equipment, libraries and books and school resources. However, the whole school facilities are still in short, the eight standards of some poor counties are still at a low stage of development or below the provincial standards.
