论文学作品中军事领导的性格与决策——以黎汝清《皖南事变》中的项英为例

On the Character and Decision of Military Leaders in the Literary Works Li Ruqing——to "South Anhui Incident" in the Case of Xiang Ying

《皖南事变》是黎汝清新历史小说的扛鼎之作。小说中关于项英的描写,学界历有争论。从文学视角,回溯小说中对历史人物的文学描述,运用人格心理学的相关理论知识分析人物形象的性格特征及其决策心理。可知小说中所描绘的军事领导的决策结果与其性格特征有较大关系,这对现实具有重要的启迪意义。

There are different points of view about Xiang Ying in the novel that is called ＂the south-an hui incident＂ and written by Li ru qing.The article recall the details that the novel dispute historical person. The author analyse personality and trait of Xiang Ying by theory of personality psychology. The result is that decision-making of military leader and his personality has relation. The author discuss the enlightenment of decision-making psychology of leader.
