基于AHP和FCE的煤炭企业绿色物流绩效评价

Study on Green Logistics Performance Evaluation of Coal Enterprises Based on AHP and FCE

煤炭是我国不可或缺的能源之一,在能源中占据着重要的地位,但煤炭的生产、销售却给环境带来了许多危害与破坏。实现煤炭企业绿色物流刻不容缓,但怎样评价煤炭企业绿色物流的绩效值得思考。对煤炭物流绿色化研究进行了总结,以降低环境污染、提高资源利用率为目标,根据煤炭企业实际情况和特点,结合AHP和FCE方法制定了煤炭企业绿色物流绩效评价模型,并以某一具体公司进行模型应用分析,针对分析结果给出相应措施,以提高该煤炭企业物流的绿色化程度。

Coal was one of the indispensable energy in our country,which had an important position in the energy. But the coal production, the sale was brought a lot of harm to the environment and destruction, so it was very urgent to realize the coal enterprise green logistics. How to evaluate the coal enterprise green logistics performance was the worth thinking about, so this paper summarized the research on coal green logistics, and then to reduce the pollution of the environment, to improve the resource utilizatian efficiency as the goal, according to the actual situation and characteristics of coal enterprises. This paper combined the AHP and FCE to formulate the coal enterprise green logistics performance evaluation model, and combined with a specific company to analyze the application of the model. At the same time, in the view of analysis results, this paper gave the corresponding measures to improve the degree of the greening of coal logistics.
