摘要
智慧旅游的概念既关系到智慧旅游理论体系的构建,同时也时刻影响着我国各地、各旅游景区智慧旅游的建设与发展。近几年来有关智慧旅游的研究发展迅猛,由于研究的出发点与视角的不同,有关智慧旅游的概念众说纷纭,难以达成共识。通过对2011—2015年智慧旅游概念的梳理,提取32个智慧旅游的概念作为研究样本,运用内容分析法进行分析,构建了智慧旅游概念特征类目系统,并提炼出32个智慧旅游概念中出现频率最高的三个指标:"信息技术(智慧技术)为支撑(基础、工具)"、"旅游资源、信息资源和社会资源的整合、共享与有效利用"与"满足旅游者个性化需求"。最后将智慧旅游的概念重新界定为:以新一代信息技术(智慧技术)为支撑(基础、工具),实现旅游资源与信息资源等社会各项资源的整合、共享和高效利用,以满足旅游者个性化需求的旅游形式。
The definition of smart tourism was related to the construction of smart tourism theory system, also affected the construction and devel- opment of the smart tourism. In recent years, the researches of the smart tourism developed rapidly. Due to the different starting point and research per- spective, there were divergent views about the definition of smart tourism and it was difficult to reach a consensus. Based on the definition of smart tourism since 2011, this paper extracted 32 smart tourism definitions as samples and constructed the definition feature category system of smart tourism by using the content analysis. This paper extracted three highest frequencies of indicators:" Information technology (smart art) support(basic, tool)", "tourism resources, information resources and social integration of resources, sharing and effective use" and "to meet the individual needs of tourists". Finally, the definition of smart tourism redefined as:A new generation of information technology (smart art) support (base, tools), tourism resources and information resources of social integration of resources, sharing and efficient use, in order to meet the individual needs of tourists.
