Tourist Uncivilized Behavior: Connotation,Mechanism and Correction

在对旅游者不文明行为相关背景分析和文献述评的基础上,界定了旅游者不文明行为的内涵,并对其分类和结构进行了解读,厘清了旅游者不文明行为的行为特征和发生机制。按照标本兼治防止复发、多种手段综合使用、惩罚与鼓励相结合、对症下药措施得当的矫治原则,从保障性措施、鼓励性措施和惩罚性措施三个方面提出了一系列矫治的对策建议。

Based on the background analysis and literature review related with the tourist uncivilized behavior, this paper defined the connotation of tourist uncivilized behavior, interpreted the classification and structure, clarified the behavior feature and occurring mechanism of tourist uncivilized behavior, and further proposed a series of corrective countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of protecting measure, encouraging measure and punitive measure according to the correction principles of preventing the recurrence through resolving the current problems and eliminating the ro- ot causes, integrated using multiple means, combining the punishment and encouragement and proper remedy measures.
