摘要 为优化某型涡扇发动机起动特性,解决发动机起动过程中存在的问题,提高起动成功率,在不改变发动机主体结构条件下,对采用大功率起动机与提高起动机脱开转速和压气机放气3项措施进行了分析、设计及试验验证,最终确定采用大功率起动机结合提高脱开转速的措施,在进气温度为-25~50℃范围内,使发动机起动时间缩短0.19~0.51,起动排气温度降低0.04~0.10。 In order to optimizie startability of a turbofan engine,slove problem of aeroengine starting and improve ground startup characteristics, three methods of adopting high power starter, enhancing starter disconnected rotor speed and compressor bleed were developed without changing the main structure under the condition of the aeroengine. The measures of high power starter with enhancing starter disconnected rotor speed were confirmed finally. When the inlet temperature is within the range of 25℃ to 50℃, the engine starting time decreases from 0.19 to 0.51, the start exhaust temperature decreases from 0.04 to 0.10.
