某型国产发动机与其原型机使用可靠性对比分析

摘要 为了研究某型引进生产专利的国产化发动机与其原型机可靠性指标差异,利用层次分析法建立了基于部件系统及其重要性的航空发动机可靠性评估模型。以该型国产化发动机及其原型机外场故障数据为基础,综合运用分布法、样本量加权、重要性加权的数据融合方法对2型发动机的使用可靠性指标进行评估。结果表明:经多年的改进,该型国产化发动机的可靠性总体指标已高于原型机的;而如压比调节器、滑油回油泵等零部件的指标仍低于原型机的,类似部件的可靠性提高是进一步提高整机指标的有效途径。 In order to analyze differences of reliability index between an authorised homemade engine and its prototype,the reliability evaluation model of the acroengine was built by analytic hierarchy process based on components system importance. Based on failure data of the homemade engine and its prototype in the field, the service reliability index was evaluated by data fusion including comprehensive application distribution, sample amount weighted and importance weighted. The results show that the general reliability index of the homemade engine is higher than that of its prototype, the index of pressure ratio controller and lubricant pump are also lower than that of its prototype. It is an effective way to improve similar component reliability index.
