摘要
结合改性碱木素减水剂在清湖水库除险加固工程中的施工经验,介绍改性碱木素减水剂的物理化学性能、简述其技术方案、施工工艺以及在水库除险加固工程中的应用效果。应用结果表明:清湖水库除险加固工程使用掺入改性碱木素减水剂的混凝土,比普通混凝土其流动性提高了37.7%,7 d和28 d的抗压强度分别提高了25.9%及29.2%。
Combined with the construction experience in applying modified alkali lignin water reducer in Qing-hu Reservoir Reinforcement Project, an introduction was made on the physic-chemical properties of modified alkali lignin water reducer, and on the technical program, construction technology and application effects. After concrete is mixed with modified alkali lignin water reducer, its fluidity increases by 37.7%, its 7d- strength and 28d- strength increase by 25.9% and 29.2% respectively.
