摘要
介绍了灵山县水库建设的历史情况与水库工程加固与管理工作的现状,分析了这两项工作中存在的缺少监管、加固工程进展慢、水库管理机制不顺等问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。
An introduction was made on the history of reservoir construction and the current status of reservoir rein- forcement and management in Lingshan County. The author analyzed the existing problems such as lack of supervi- sion, slow progress of reinforcement work, reservoir management system being not smooth etc., and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
