介绍了宣钢Φ36 mm、Φ40 mm大规格HRB400E、HRB500E高强螺纹钢的开发过程。重点介绍了大规格螺纹钢的工艺流程、主要工序的工艺参数。经检测,宣钢生产的大规格螺纹钢的化学成分和力学性能、金相组织均符合标准要求。
It is introduced the development of large - size high - strength deformed steel bars of φ 36 mm, φ 40mm HRB400E, HRB500E in Xuan Steel, with emphasis in the process, parameters of main stages. In detection, their chemical composition, mechanical properties and metallographic structure all meet the stand- ard.
