摘要
20MnB4冷镦钢常用于生产8．8—10．9级高强度紧固件。介绍了邢钢中34mm20MnB4冷镦钢盘条的生产工艺、金相组织和力学性能。通过成分设计、炼钢、轧钢生产工艺优化，盘条的化学成分、冷镦性能、夹杂物、脱碳层等均达到控制目标要求。用户使用结果表明，20MnB4盘条能够满足生产汽车用底盘螺栓的指标要求。
20MnB4 cold heading steel is often used to produce 8.8 to 10.9 levels high - strength fasteners. It is introduced the production process, metallographic structure and mechanical properties of ~34 mm 20MnB4 cold heading steel wire bar of Xing Steel. With optimization of composition design, steel - making and roll- ing processes, the chemical composition, cold heading property, inclusion and decarburization layer of the bar all reach the control target, the bar is proved in application of customers to be able to be used in produc- tion of automobile chassis bolt.
