摘要
H08A碳素焊条钢在生产过程中钢水脱氧程度、成分控制对铸坯质量起到了重要作用,在理论分析和生产实践的基础上总结了合理的钢水质量控制要点。在冶炼终点[C]≤0.07%时,能有效地降低对脱氧的要求,保证钢水的可浇性;[si]控制在0.020%以上,能明显降低气泡发生;[P]控制在0.020%以下,[O]在(25~40)×10-6范围,能够防止回磷和过氧化。
The molten steel deoxidation extent and composition control in production of H08A carbon elec- trode steel play an important role to the quality of casting billet. The reasonable quality control keys is con- cluded based on theoretical analysis and production practice: at smelting end, if [ C] _〈-- 0.07% , demand for deoxidation would be effectively brought down to guarantee molten steel casting ability; if [ Si] being con- trolled over 0. 020% , air bubble would be obviously reduced ; if E P ~ below 0. 020% and E O ] within (25 to 40) × 10-6, rephosphorization and overoxidation be prevented.
