热轧温度对SPHC钢热轧卷板力学性能的影响 被引量:5

INFLUENCE OF HOT ROLLING TEMPERATURE ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF HOT ROLLING COIL SHEET OF SPHC STEEL

摘要 通过现场工业试验和实验室检验,研究了终轧温度和卷取温度对冷轧料SPHC钢热轧卷板力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,屈服强度与终轧温度、卷取温度关系紧密,建议终轧温度为860~900℃,卷取温度为590~620℃;抗拉强度与轧制过程中温度的关系不大;当卷取温度一定时,延伸率与精轧终轧温度关系密切,与卷取温度关系不大,终轧温度高则延伸率好,建议适当提高终轧温度。 With site industrial test and laboratory examination, the influence of end rolling temperature and coiling temperature on the mechanical properties of hot rolling coil sheet of SPHC steel for cold rolling mate- rial. It is showed from the test that yield strength has a close relation with end rolling temperature and coiling temperature, suggested the former as 860 to 900 ℃, and the latter as 590 to 620 ℃ ; tensile strength has a lit- tle relation with the rolling temperature; when keeping coiling temperature, elongation rate had a close rela- tion with end finishing rolling temperature and a little with coiling temperature: the higher the end rolling temperature, the better the elongation rate. It is suggested to appropriately raise the end rolling temperature.
