非稳态坯质量控制

摘要 三安公司炼钢厂对开浇、对接、浇铸结束等原因造成钢水液面波动大、拉速变化频繁的浇铸坯纳入连铸钢坯质量控制的重点。以连铸坯为研究对象,对稳态坯与非稳态坯进行了区分,简述了对"非稳态浇铸"过程的综合控制与优化;分析了各阶段非稳态浇铸坯取样的对比情况,实施了"非稳态坯"的相关考核制度,使非稳态坯能够有组织、有计划地送到轧钢厂轧制,便于成品检验把关。该措施的实施,提高了钢铸坯的实物质量,对提升铸坯质量、减少消耗等具有积极作用。 In San'an the unstable casting blanks are brought into key points in continuous casting billet quality control, which are caused in casting start, butt -joint and casting end, in these period molten steel level has a large fluctuation and casting speed changes frequently. With continuous casting billet as research object, billets are divided into stable ones and unstable ones, the comprehensive control and optimization of "unsta- ble billet" is stated simply; the unstable billet samples in various stages are compared and analyzed, the rela- tive evaluation system is carried out. And all of these make the unstable billets could be transported to steel rolling mill in an organized and planed way, convenient for product inspection. With the above measures, the actual quality of billet is improved, has an active role for billet quality improvement and consumption re- duced.
