摘要
采用金相显微镜和电子探针分析仪等方法对Φ6.5 mm 60#硬线盘条在冷拉拔过程中产生的尖杯状断口进行了分析,发现中心偏析区内有较多夹杂物、负偏析区内有网状铁素体,它们都是裂纹易发点。
The pointy -cup- like fracture surface of 6.5 mm 60# hard wire bar in drawing is analyzed with metallographic microscope and electron microprobe. It is found that there is much inclusion in central segre- gation zone, net - like ferrite in negative segregation zone, and all of them are where cracks easy to be brought about.
