摘要
分析了石钢原有供氮系统存在的问题。根据企业生产需要,将氮气供应管网重新进行了分配,改造了低压供氮系统,形成了低压供氮系统以低压氮透作为主要供氮设备,其他氮压机在满足中压供氮系统调峰需求的同时对低压供氮系统进行补充的两套供氮系统。改造后,系统运行稳定,供氮单耗明显降低,节电效果显著,同时也方便了设备的正常维护检修。
The problem in the original nitrogen feeding system is analyzed. According to the requirement of production, the nitrogen feeding pipe network is redistributed, the low pressure system is reformed to form two nitrogen feeding systems: low pressure nitrogen turbine is used as main nitrogen feeding equipment for the low pressure nitrogen feeding system, and other nitrogen compressors are used to meet the peak regulation requirement for medium pressure system as well as supplement for low pressure system. After reformation, system is in a steady operation, the unit consumption of nitrogen feeding obviously reduced, power saving effect excellent, the normal maintenance is more convenient.
