摘要
500kV耐张转角塔多采用双联双挂点耐张绝缘子串,为使双联绝缘子串受力均衡,内外侧的绝缘子串借助调整板与挂板,按所需长度加以调整,结合工程实例,论述了耐张塔绝缘子串双挂点间距的理论计算,并进一步确定绝缘子串内外侧需要调整的距离,提出了计算绝缘子串调整距离时,需注意耐张转角塔双挂点间距的大小应区分计算、设计,而不能统一定为某一固定值,此外,还应注意线路转角大于横担水平中心线与横担边缘线夹角时,耐张绝缘子调整值为正值,若小于其为负值。
Double hanging point strain twin suspension string is often used in 500 kV tension angle tower. For the stress equilibrium of twin insulator string, adjustment is made according to required length with the aid of clevis and adjusting plate . Combined with practical engineering,problems need to be paled attention to are put forward. Double hanging point spacing should be distinguished calculation and design and cannot be defined as a fixed value. While line angle is greater than the angle between cross arm horizontal center line and the cross arm edge, the adjustment value is positive, whereas negative.
