摘要
传统车载火炮弹药多为人工装填,为了提高射击速度,设计了一种新型自动供输弹装置。对各分机构进行了结构设计和接口设计,对关键机构进行了运动学分析,并对供输弹装置建立了虚拟样机并进行仿真,对各分机构时序进行了研究,给出了最佳时序方案和装填一发弹药响应时间。结果表明,该供输弹装置能够实现弹和药快速化装填,为提高车载火炮供输弹装置自动化程度提出了新的思路和构想。
In order to solve the problem that low shooting rate of traditional wheeled artillery because of the ammunition loading humanly, a new automatic shell-feeding system was proposed. Structures of mechanism and the connective device between the mechanisms were designed. The key mechanism was analyzed kine- matically. The virtual prototype was built and simulated. Time sequences of the mechanism were investiga- ted and the optimal time sequence scheme and the shell-feeding time were given. The consequence showed that the new shell-feeding system could realize ammunition loading quickly and automatically the shell- feeding system can provide a new thinking and conception for improving its automatization level.
