摘要
以BG-11培养液为基础,在室内研究培养液中碳源、氮源、磷源、pH值条件及外源甲醇对小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)生长的影响,结果表明,培养小球藻的最优培养条件为:Na2CO3为0.02g/L、NaNO3为3.00g/L、K2HPO4为0.80g/L、pH值为7.0。在最优培养条件下,将不同浓度的甲醇添加至小球藻培养液,发现当甲醇浓度为0.3%时,小球藻生长繁殖最快。
The aims of this paper were to reveal the influence of carbon source,nitrigen source,phosphor-us source,pH conditions and exogenous methanol on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris indoor,based on BG-1 1 culture medium.The result indicated that the optimal conditions of culture Chlorella vulgaris was that Na2 CO 3 ,NaNO 3 ,K2 HPO 4 were 0.02 g/L,3.00 g/L and 0.80 g/L respectively.Under the optimal cul-ture conditions,different concentrations of methanol were added to the culture medium.It was found that the concentration of methanol was 0.3%,which can promote the growth of Chlorella vulgaris .
