根部处理对两种天南星科盆栽花卉脱土贮运的影响

摘要 以红掌和海芋两种天南星科盆栽植物为材料,研究不同基质包裹根部处理及保鲜剂浸根预处理对植株脱土贮运生理变化的影响,结合栽植生活力及观赏品质等指标比较其贮运保鲜效果。结果表明,两种盆栽花卉贮运期间根系活力,叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量降低,叶片含水量、相对电导率、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量增加的变化趋势影响较为一致。贮运后同种处理红掌的根系活力、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量整体高于海芋,而叶片含水量、脯氨酸含量、成活率、黄化萎蔫率低于海芋,二者可溶性糖含量降幅、丙二醛含量增幅变化则较为相似,此外同种处理对两种花卉膜稳定性影响不一致,红掌各处理相对电导率剧烈上升为主,海芋则升降不一。海芋耐贮性优于红掌,两种花卉均以草炭包裹根部处理贮运保鲜效果最佳,水苔包裹根部处理次之,薄膜包裹根部处理第三,保鲜剂浸根预处理不适于两种花材贮运保鲜。 Anthurrium adraeanum and Alocasia macrorrhiza ,two kinds of potted flowers were used to study the effect of pretreatments with different matrixes encapsulated root or preservative soaked root on plant physiological changes while storage transportation with bare root,and the indexes of planting survival rate and ornamental quality were compared with storage transportation effects.The results showed that dif-ferent treatments have notable influence on the decrease of root activity,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,and on the increase of leaf water content,relative conductivity rate,MDA content and proline content during transportation.After storage transportation,root activity,chlorophyll content,soluble protein content of Anthurrium adraeanum were all higher than Alocasia macrorrhiza un-der the same conditions,while the leaf water content,proline content,the planting survival rate,the rate of chlorisis or wilt were less than Alocasia macrorrhiza ,the amplitude of soluble sugar content were de-creased,and MDA content were similarly increased,In addition,the membrane stability of two flowers un-der the same conditions were different,the relative conductivity in all treatments of Anthurrium adraea-num went up sharply with the increase,while the relative conductivity in treatments of Alocasia macrorrh-iza changed differently.The storage tolerance of Alocasia macrorrhiza were better than Anthurrium ad-raeanum ,and the fresh keeping effects were the best,when the two flowers treated by encapsulated root with peat during storage transportation,encapsulated root with moss took second place,treatment of film got the third place,preservative treatment were not appropriate for these two kinds of flowers of keeping fresh during storage transportation.
