基于实验模型的虹吸管道水气两相流动特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过系列实验量测了不同安装高度、不同水头差下管径为2cm虹吸管的流量及压降大小,观察了虹吸管水气两相流流态下气泡及气团流动现象。结果表明,在管道水头一定时,随安装高度的增大,虹吸管的过流能力逐渐减小。在虹吸管的竖直管段中,压降值随管道水头的增大而增大,随安装高度的增加而减小,且虹吸管下行管的压降值明显大于上行管。在水平管段中,压降随管道水头的增大而增大,随安装高度的增大而减小。当虹吸管内发生气液两相流时,沿程水头损失不能直接用达西公式计算,沿程阻力除了受管道水头影响外,还应与安装高度大小有关,安装高度不同,压降值也不相同。 A series of tests were applied to measure gas-liquid two-phase flow of 2 cm’s diameter of si-phon with different setting heights,difference of different water head and observe bubbles and air mass flow appearance under gass-liquid two-phase flow of siphon.The test results showed that when water head of the pipe was at regular time,with setting height increasing,the overflowing ability of siphon was gradu-ally decreased.In the ascending pipe of siphon,the pressure drop increased with water head of the pipe in-creasing,and decreased with increasing of the setting height.The down pipe’s pressure drop was bigger than the up pipe’s .In the horizontal section,with the water head increasing,the pressure drop was increas-ing;with the increasing of setting height,the pressure drop decreased.When there were air current and liq-uid current in siphon,the streamwise water head loss can not be directly calculated by Darcy formula.The streamwise resistance was not only related to water head of siphon,but also to the setting height.Siphon frictional head loss cannot be directly calculated according to Darcy formula condition,the frictional resist-ance be related to head difference and installation height.The installation height is different,the pressure drop is not the same.
