骨样骨瘤的影像特征分析

目的通过对骨样骨瘤X线片、CT、磁共振成像(MRI)的影像表现分析来提高对不同影像手段诊断该病的水平。方法回顾性分析本院经手术及病理证实的18例骨样骨瘤的X线片、CT及MRI表现。结果本组18例患者中发生于股骨6例、胫骨4例、肱骨2例、脊柱2例、桡骨1例、坐骨1例、髌骨1例、距骨1例。病灶12例位于骨皮质内,其余发生在松质骨和骨膜下;诊断阳性率:X线片为93%,CT为100%,MRI为83%。结论瘤巢是确诊骨样骨瘤的影像特征,X线片是诊断本病的首选方法;CT是显示瘤巢的最有效检查方法;MRI能敏感地显示瘤巢周围骨髓内及软组织的炎性水肿。

Objective To improve the performance of different imaging methods for the diagnosis of osteoid osteoma by osteoid osteoma DR plain film,CT,MRI. Methods Retrospective analyse confirmed 18 cases of osteoid osteoma DR plain film, CT and MRI confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results Of 18 patients, six cases occurred in the femur, four cates in tibia, two cases in humerus, was two cases in spine, one case in radial bone, one case in ischial, one case in patella, one case in talus. Twelve cases of lesions located in the cortex, and the rest occur in the cancellous bone and periosteum. Diagnostic yield of DR flat sheet was 93%, CT was 100%, MRI was 83%. Conclusion The nidus is diagnosed with imaging features of osteoid osteoma; DR fiat sheet is the preferred method of diagnosis of the disease; CT is the most effective screening method nidus display; MRI can show inflammation sensitive tumor nests within the bone marrow and soft tissue around edema.
