福建沿海地区部分人群BMI与血清PGⅠ及PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨体重指数(BMI)对血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)水平和PGI/胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)比值的影响。方法回顾性分析2849名表观健康体检者的临床资料,根据《中国成人超重和肥胖症预防控制指南》将BMI划分为4个级别:体重过低(〈18.5kg/m^2)、体重正常(18.5-23.9kg/m^2)、超重(24.0~27.9kg/m^2)及肥胖(t〉28.0kg/m^2)。比较各组间临床资料、PGI水平及PGI/PGⅡ比值的差异,探论BMI变化与PGI、PGI/PGⅡ比值的关系。结果单因素分析显示体重过低组、超重组和肥胖组血清PGI水平明显低于体重正常组(P值分别为0.022、0.024和0.008),而PGI/PGⅡ比值在BMI各组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。调整性别、年龄、血脂等混杂变量后,PGI与BMI呈明显负相关(β=1.232,P〈0.001)。二分类Logistic回归分析显示肥胖是低PGI水平(〈70μg/L)的相对独立危险因素之一(OR=1.682,P=0.001)。结论福建沿海地区部分人群血清低PGI水平可能与肥胖有关。
