宁夏水稻抗旱性鉴定指标的筛选研究

Study on Screening of the Drought Resistance Identification Indexes in Ningxia Rice Cultivars(Oryza sativa L.)

利用49份宁夏水稻材料,设水分胁迫和非水分胁迫2种处理,调查和测定植株的形态性状、生理性状和产量性状及单株产量,研究水分胁迫条件下各性状与单株产量的关系及水分胁迫和非水分胁迫条件下各相对性状与抗旱系数的关系。通过相关、灰色关联、逐步回归和通径分析,结果表明,单株分蘖数、株高、着粒密度、单株有效穗数和单穗实粒数5个性状与抗旱性显著相关,可作为宁夏水稻抗旱性的鉴定指标。利用抗旱系数的隶属函数值进行抗旱性定性分级评价,结果表明,49份材料中有6份高抗旱型材料和9份中抗旱型材料,该评价方法是可行且有效的。

Under the condition of the water stress and non-stress treatments,the morphological charac- ters,physiological characters,yield traits and yield per plant were investigated of 49 rice cultivars in Ningxia.The relationship between characters and yield were studied under water stress, the relation- ship between relative character and drought coefficient were also studied. Correlation analysis, grey relational analysis, stepwise regression analysis and path analysis showed that six traits including till- ers number per plant,plant height, grain density, effective tillers number per plant and filled spikelet number per panicle were significant correlation with the drought resistance, and these indices could identify the drought resistance in rice. The drought coefficient was comprehensively used to evaluate the drought resistance by subordinate function values analysis, the results showed that 49 varieties contains six varieties with high drought resistance and nine varieties with resistance, and the evalua- tion method was feasible and effective to predict the drought resistance in Ningxia rice cultivars.
